Husband maintaining equality if he falls ill

Q: Does the husband still have to maintain equality in the night turns when he is ill?

A: Equality still has to be maintained. However, if the wives forfeit their right and allow him to spend the nights at one wife’s place, then it will be permissible for him to recuperate at one wife’s place.
