The Virtues of Reciting Laa Hawla Wala Quwwata illa Billah

One should recite the following zikr as there are many virtues recorded in the Mubaarak Hadith for the one who recites this zikr:

There is no power (to refrain from sin) and no ability (to carry out righteous actions) except with the help of Allah.

Among the virtues of this zikr is the following virtue:

1) Being Blessed with a Treasure from Jannah

Hazrat Abu Hurairah (radhiyallahu anhu) reports that Rasulullah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) said to him, “Recite Laa Hawla Wala Quwwata illa Billah abundantly, as it is from the treasure of Jannah.”

Hazrat Abu Zar (radhiyallahu anhu) reports that Rasulullah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) said to him, “Should I not show you (a way to acquire) a treasure from the treasures of Jannah?” Hazrat Abu Zar (radhiyallahu anhu) replied, “Yes, indeed.” Rasulullah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) replied, “(Recite) Laa Hawla Wala Quwwata illa Billah.”
