Reciting Surah Zumar and Surah Bani Israa’eel before Sleeping

One should recite Surah Zumar and Surah Bani Israa’eel before sleeping

عن أبي لبابة قال قالت عائشة رضي الله عنها : كان النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم لا ينام حتى يقرأ الزمر وبني إسرائيل (ترمذي رقم 3405)

Hadhrat Abu Lubaabah (Radhiyallahu Anhu) reports that Hadhrat Aaisha (Radhiyallahu Anha) said: “Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) would not sleep until he recited Surah Zumar and Surah Bani Israa’eel.”
