Ihyaaud Deen An Effort to Revive Deen in Totality
One should recite the following Duaa in the evening:
أَمْسَينَا وَأَمْسَى الْمُلْكُ لِلَّهِ وَالحَمْدُ للهِ أَعُوذُ بِاللهِ الَّذِي يُمْسِكُ السَّمَاءَ أَنْ تَقَعَ عَلَى الْأَرْضِ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ وَذَرَأَ وَبَرَأَ
We and the entire creation of Allah Ta’ala spend the evening for Allah Ta’ala. All praises be to Allah Ta’ala. I seek the protection of Allah Ta’ala- the one who prevents the sky from falling on the Earth except with His command- from the evil of all that He has created and brought into existence.
عن عبد الله بن عمرو رضي الله عنه قال : قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم : أمسينا وأمسى الملك لله والحمد لله أعوذ بالله الذي يمسك السماء أن تقع على الأرض إلا بإذنه من شر ما خلق وذرأ وبرأ من قالهن عصم من كل ساحر وكاهن وشيطان وحاسد رواه الطبراني في الأوسط ورجاله ثقات وفي بعضهم خلاف (مجمع الزوائد رقم 17018)
Hadhrat Abdullah bin Amr (Radhiallahu Anhu) reports that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: “The one who recites the following Duaa will be saved from every sorcerer, fortune-teller, shaytaan and jealous person:
أَمْسَينَا وَأَمْسَى الْمُلْكُ لِلَّهِ وَالحَمْدُ للهِ أَعُوذُ بِاللهِ الَّذِي يُمْسِكُ السَّمَاءَ أَنْ تَقَعَ عَلَى الْأَرْضِ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ وَذَرَأَ وَبَرَأَ
