Ihyaaud Deen An Effort to Revive Deen in Totality
اﻟﻠﻬُﻢﱠ ﺻَﻞﱢ ﻋَﻠَﻰ ﻣُﺤَﻤﱠﺪٍ وﱠﻋَﻠَﻰ ﺁلِ ﻣُﺤَﻤﱠﺪٍ كَمَا ﺻَﻠﱠﻴـْﺖَ ﻋَﻠَﻰ إِﺑـْﺮَاهِﻴْﻢَ وَﻋَﻠَﻰ ﺁلِ إِﺑـْﺮَاهِﻴْﻢَ إِﻧﱠﻚَ ﺣَﻤِﻴْﺪٌ ﻣَﺠِﻴْﺪٌ، اﻟﻠﻬُﻢﱠ ﺑَﺎرِكْ ﻋَﻠَﻰ ﻣُﺤَﻤﱠﺪٍ وﱠﻋَﻠَﻰ ﺁلِ ﻣُﺤَﻤﱠﺪٍ كَمَا ﺑَﺎرَكْتَ ﻋَﻠَﻰ إِﺑـْﺮَاهِﻴْﻢَ وَﻋَﻠَﻰ ﺁلِ إِﺑـْﺮَاهِﻴْﻢَ إِﻧﱠﻚَ ﺣَﻤِﻴْﺪٌ ﻣَﺠِﻴْﺪٌ، اﻟﻠﻬُﻢﱠ ﺗَﺮَﺣﱠﻢْ ﻋَﻠَﻰ ﻣُﺤَﻤﱠﺪٍ وﱠﻋَﻠَﻰ ﺁلِ ﻣُﺤَﻤﱠﺪٍ كَمَا ﺗَﺮَﺣﱠﻤْﺖَ ﻋَﻠَﻰ إِﺑـْﺮَاهِﻴْﻢَ وَﻋَﻠَﻰ ﺁلِ إِﺑـْﺮَاهِﻴْﻢَ إِﻧﱠﻚَ ﺣَﻤِﻴْﺪٌ ﻣَﺠِﻴْﺪٌ، اﻟﻠﻬُﻢﱠ ﺗَﺤَﻨﱠﻦْ ﻋَﻠَﻰ ﻣُﺤَﻤﱠﺪٍ وﱠﻋَﻠَﻰ ﺁلِ ﻣُﺤَﻤﱠﺪٍ كَمَا ﺗَﺤَﻨﱠﻨْﺖَ ﻋَﻠَﻰ إِﺑـْﺮَاهِﻴْﻢَ وَﻋَﻠَﻰ ﺁلِ إِﺑـْﺮَاهِﻴْﻢَ إِﻧﱠﻚَ ﺣَﻤِﻴْﺪٌ ﻣَﺠِﻴْﺪٌ، اﻟﻠﻬُﻢﱠ ﺳَﻠﱢﻢْ ﻋَﻠَﻰ ﻣُﺤَﻤﱠﺪٍ وﱠﻋَﻠَﻰ ﺁلِ ﻣُﺤَﻤﱠﺪٍ كَمَا ﺳَﻠﱠﻤْﺖَ ﻋَﻠَﻰ إِﺑـْﺮَاهِﻴْﻢَ وَﻋَﻠَﻰ ﺁلِ إِﺑـْﺮَاهِﻴْﻢَ إِﻧﱠﻚَ ﺣَﻤِﻴْﺪٌ ﻣَﺠِﻴْﺪٌ
O Allah, shower Your mercy upon Hadhrat Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) and the family of Hadhrat Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam), as You showered Your mercy upon Hadhrat Ebrahim (Alaihis Salaam) and the family of Hadhrat Ebrahim (Alaihis Salaam). Indeed You are praiseworthy and most glorious. O Allah, shower Your blessings upon Hadhrat Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) and the family of Hadhrat Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam), as You showered Your blessings upon Hadhrat Ebrahim (Alaihis Salaam) and the family of Hadhrat Ebrahim (Alaihis Salaam). Indeed You are praiseworthy and most glorious. O Allah, shower Your compassion upon Hadhrat Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) and the family of Hadhrat Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam), as You showered Your compassion upon Hadhrat Ebrahim (Alaihis Salaam) and the family of Hadhrat Ebrahim (Alaihis Salaam). Indeed You are praiseworthy and most glorious. O Allah, shower Your special mercy upon Hadhrat Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) and the family of Hadhrat Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam), as You showered Your special mercy upon Hadhrat Ebrahim (Alaihis Salaam) and the family of Hadhrat Ebrahim (Alaihis Salaam). Indeed You are praiseworthy and most glorious. O Allah, shower Your peace upon Hadhrat Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) and the family of Hadhrat Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam), as You showered Your peace upon Hadhrat Ebrahim (Alaihis Salaam) and the family of Hadhrat Ebrahim (Alaihis Salaam). Indeed You are praiseworthy and most glorious.
Hadhrat Ibn Hizam (Radhiyallaho anho) Gives up Begging.
Hadhrat Hakeem bin Hizam (Radhiallahu Anhu) once came to Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) and begged him for some assistance. Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) gave him something. Next time he came and asked for something again from Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam). Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) gave him something on this occasion as well. When he came to beg the third time, Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam), after giving him something, said: “O Hakeem! Money has a deceptive appearance. It appears to be very sweet (but it is really not so). It is a blessing when earned with contentment of heart, but there is no satisfaction in it when it is acquired with greed (begging etc).” Hakeem said: “O Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam), I will not beg from anyone again after this.”
يَا رَبِّ صَلِّ وَ سَلِّمْ دَائِمًا أَبَدًا عَلَى حَبِيبِكَ خَيرِ الخَلْقِ كُلِّهِمِ
