Adopt Ikhlaas in all Actions

عن معاذ بن جبل رضي الله عنه أنه قال حين بعث إلى اليمن يا رسول الله أوصني قال أخلص دينك يكفك العمل القليل  رواه الحاكم من طريق عبيد الله بن زحر عن ابن أبي عمران وقال صحيح الإسناد كذا قال (الترغيب و الترهيب 1/58)

Hadhrat Muaadh bin Jabal (Radhiyallahu Anhu) reports that at the time he was dispatched to rule over Yemen (by Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam)), he asked Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) for some parting advice. Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said: “Adopt ikhlaas in every action of your Deen, (even if you carry out) few deeds, it will be sufficient for you. (i.e. you do not have to do plenty optional deeds as the few deeds you are carrying out will produce great rewards in the court of Allah Ta’ala).
