Saving Oneself from the Difficulties on the Day of Qiyaamah

عَن أبي قَتَادَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنهُ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيهِ وَسَلَّم: مَن سَرَّهُ أن يُّنَجِّيَهُ اللهُ مِن كُرَبِ يَومِ القِيَامة فَلْيُنَفِّس عَن مُعْسِر أو يَضَعْ عَنه. (مسلم رقم 1563)

Hazrat Abu Qataadah (Radhiyallahu Anhu) reports that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: “The one who desires that Allah Ta’ala save him from the difficulties on the day of Qiyaamah, (then he should show compassion to his debtors who are unable to pay through) granting respite to them or waiving off their debts.”
