Saving Oneself from the Difficulties on the Day of Qiyaamah

Sea Sceneعَن أبي قَتَادَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنهُ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيهِ وَسَلَّم: مَن سَرَّهُ أن يُّنَجِّيَهُ اللهُ مِن كُرَبِ يَومِ القِيَامة فَلْيُنَفِّس عَن مُعْسِر أو يَضَعْ عَنه. (مسلم رقم 1563)

Hazrat Abu Qataadah (Radhiyallahu Anhu) reports that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: “The one who desires that Allah Ta’ala save him from the difficulties on the day of Qiyaamah, (then he should show compassion to his debtors who are unable to pay through) granting respite to them or waiving off their debts.”

Hazrat Abdullah bin Amr bin Aas (radhiyallahu ‘anhuma) reported, “Whoever sends salutations upon Nabi (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) once, Allah Ta‘ala and His angels will send seventy mercies and blessings upon him in return of his one Durood. Hence, whoever wishes to increase his Durood should increase it, and whoever wishes to decrease his Durood should decrease it (i.e. if he wants to earn great rewards, then he should increase his Durood).”
