Deal with Honesty

Hazrat Hakeem ibn Hizaam (Radhiyallahu Anhu) reports that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: “If the purchaser and seller deal with honesty and disclose the faults of the merchandise, Allah Ta’ala will grant them barkat (blessing) in their business transaction. However, if they transact with dishonesty, thereby concealing the faults of the merchandise and speaking lies to each other, perhaps they would earn a little profit through the transaction, certainly the blessing of the transaction will be lost.”
