The intercession of the Haafiz of the Qur’aan Majeed

عن علي بن أبي طالب رضي الله عنه قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم من قرأ القرآن فاستظهره فأحل حلاله وحرم حرامه أدخله الله به الجنة وشفعه في عشرة من أهل بيته كلهم قد وجبت لهم النار رواه ابن ماجه والترمذي واللفظ له وقال حديث غريب (الترغيب والترهيب، الرقم: 2212)

Hazrat Ali (radhiyallahu ‘anhu) reports that Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) said, “Whoever recites the Qur’aan Majeed, memorizes it and regards what it makes lawful as lawful and its unlawful as unlawful, Allah Ta’ala will enter him into Jannah and allow him to intercede for ten people of his family, all of whom were destined for the fire of Jahannam.”
