It was then that Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam) said, \u201cIf only there was a pious person to guard me tonight.\u201d While we were in that condition, we heard the sound of weapons. Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam) asked, \u201cWho is there?\u201d The person replied, \u201cSa\u2019d bin Abi Waqqaas (radhiyallahu \u2018anhu).\u201d Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam) asked him, \u201cWhat has brought you here?\u201d Hazrat Sa\u2019d (radhiyallahu \u2018anhu) replied, \u201cI feared for your life, O Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam), and so I have come to guard you.\u201d Hearing this, Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam) made du\u2018aa for him and thereafter fell asleep.<\/p>\n<p><em>(Sunan Tirmizi #3756, Fat-hul Baari 6\/96)<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"itemFullText\">\n<p>Hazrat \u2018Aa\u2019ishah (radhiyallahu \u2018anha) narrates:<\/p>\n<p>Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam) would be guarded (by the Sahaabah (radhiyallahu \u2018anhum)) until the following verse of the Qur\u2019aan Majeed was revealed:<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\" style=\"font-family: 'traditional arabic'; font-size: 16pt; text-align: center;\">\u0648\u064e \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0651\u0670\u06c1\u064f \u06cc\u064e\u0639\u0635\u0650\u0645\u064f\u06a9\u064e \u0645\u0650\u0646\u064e \u0627\u0644\u0646\u0651\u064e\u0627\u0633\u0650\u00a0\u0615<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>And Allah Ta\u2018ala will protect you from the (harm of the) people<\/em><\/p>\n<p>When the above verse of the Qur\u2019aan Majeed was revealed, Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam) mentioned to the Sahaabah (radhiyallahu \u2018anhum), \u201cO people!
