Hadhrat Abdullah bin Amr (Radhiyallahu Anhu) reports that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) once asked a person, \u201cWhat do you recite when retiring to bed?\u201d The person replied, \u201cI recite <\/em>\u0628\u0650\u0627\u0633\u0652\u0645\u0650\u0643\u064e \u0648\u064e\u0636\u064e\u0639\u0652\u062a\u064f \u062c\u064e\u0646\u0652\u0628\u0650\u064a \u0641\u064e\u0627\u063a\u0652\u0641\u0650\u0631 \u0644\u0650\u064a<\/span>.\u201d Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) approved of this and said: \u201cYou have done well, may Allah Ta\u2019ala grant you tawfeeq (to carry out righteous works).\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Hadhrat Suhail (Rahmatullahi Alayh) reports that Hadhrat Abu Saalih (Rahmatullahi Alayh) used to instruct them: \u201cWhen anyone of you intend to sleep, he should lie on his right side and recite the following duaa\u201d.
