Hazrat Abu Burdah (radhiyallahu \u2018anhu) reports that Hazrat Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam) said, \u201cWhoever from my Ummah conveys one Durood upon me sincerely from his heart, Allah Ta\u2018ala will bless him with ten mercies, elevate his status in the Hereafter by ten ranks, record ten righteous deeds in his favour and expiate ten of his sins.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Reciting Abundant Durood Daily<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hadhrat Abul Fadl Khomaani (Rahmatullahi Alaihi) says, \u201cA man from Khurasaan once came to me and said, \u2018While I was in Madina Munawwarah I saw Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) in a dream and he said to me, \u2018When you go to Hamdaan, convey my salaams to Abul Fadl Zeeruk.\u2019 I then asked Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam), \u2018O Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam), what is the reason for this?\u2019 Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) replied, \u2018It is because of the fact that daily he recites these words of durood upon me one hundred times or more.\u2019<\/p>\n

O Allah, shower salaat upon Hadhrat Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam), the unlettered Nabi; and upon the family of Hadhrat Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam). May Allah Ta\u2019ala reward Hadhrat Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) on our behalf on our behalf such a reward that he is worthy of.<\/em><\/p>\n

Abul Fadl (Rahmaullahi Alaihi) further states, \u201cThe man swore by Allah Ta\u2019ala that he never knew me before the time that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) gave him the message. I then wanted to give him some grain, but he refused to accept it saying, \u2018It is not my intention to sell the message that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) gave me.\u2019 The man then departed and I never saw him again.
