Hazrat Anas (Radhiallahu Anhu) reports that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: \u201cThe one who recites durood upon me a thousand times on the day of Friday, will not pass away until he is shown his abode in Paradise.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Benefit of Reciting One Thousand Durood on Friday<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hazrat Abu Abdir Rahmaan Al-Muqri (rahimahullah) relates that Khallaad bin Katheer (rahimahullah) was in the throes of death. Under his pillow, a piece of paper was found wherein it was written:<\/p>\n

This is a certificate of freedom from the fire of Jahannum for Khallaad bin Katheer<\/em><\/p>\n

The people then enquired from his wife as to the reason for him receiving this good fortune. She replied that it was his practice to recite the following Durood one thousand times every Friday:<\/p>\n
