Hazrat Abu Hurayrah (Radhiyallahu Anhu) reports that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) once entered the graveyard and recited the following Du\u2019aa:<\/p>\n

\u201cO (inmates of) the resting abode of the believers, may peace descend upon you from the side of Allah Ta\u2019ala, Insha Allah we will soon be joining you.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) then said: \u201cI wish I had met our brothers.\u201d The Sahaabah (Radhiyallahu Anhum) enquired: \u201cAre we not your brothers, O Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam)?\u201d Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) replied: \u201cYou are my companions (you have a greater position than the rest of the ummah. You are my brothers and you are also blessed with my companionship).
