A Sahaabi enquired: \u201cO Rasulullah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam), who are you referring to?\u201d Rasulullah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) replied, \u201cThe one whose neighbour is not safe from his harm and evil.\u201d (i.e. he causes inconvenience to his neighbour through his words or actions).<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>4.
