Hazrat Moulana Muhammad Ilyaas (rahmatullahi \u2018alaih) once mentioned the following:<\/p>\n
Unfortunately! Having true conviction in the promises of Allah Ta\u2018ala is a quality which is no longer seen among people! Create the true conviction and trust in the promises of Allah Ta\u2018ala, and then continue to carry out the effort upon this conviction and trust.<\/p>\n
As for the meaning of the promises of Allah Ta\u2018ala, then do not give the explanation from your own side as your knowledge and experience is very limited. Rather, understand His promises in accordance to His Supreme position and grandeur. Make dua to Him in this way, saying, \u201cO Allah! Fulfil these promises of Yours according to Your divine power!\u201d<\/p>\n
How can you gauge the true meaning of the bounties of the Hereafter while you are still in this world, and how can your estimation of these bounties be correct, when these bounties have been described in the Hadith-e-Qudsi in the following words:<\/p>\n
\u0644\u0627 \u0639\u064a\u0646 \u0631\u0623\u062a \u0648\u0644\u0627 \u0623\u0630\u0646 \u0633\u0645\u0639\u062a \u0648\u0644\u0627 \u062e\u0637\u0631 \u0639\u0644\u0649 \u0642\u0644\u0628 \u0628\u0634\u0631<\/p>\n
(Allah Ta\u2018ala says: I have prepared for My pious slaves such bounties) which no eye has seen, and which no ear has heard of, and the thought of which has not crossed the heart of any person.<\/em><\/p>\n Unfortunately, we have understood the promised bounties of Allah Ta\u2018ala in the light of our own knowledge and understanding, and according to what we have seen and experienced.
