Presently, the influence of kufr and misguidance is extremely strong everywhere. In such critical conditions, separate and individual efforts (though important and beneficial, they) will not be sufficient to reform the entire ummah at large. Therefore, a collective effort (e.g. tableegh) with full might and strength (i.e. spiritual strength through following the laws of shariah and the sunnah collectively and individually) is required to oppose the forces of baatil.
