For thousands of years prior to the advent of Islam, the evil jinn and shayaateen had access to the heavens. They would ascend to the heavens and secretly eavesdrop on the conversations of the angels. Thereafter, on returning to earth, they would go to the soothsayers and fortune-tellers and inform them of what they had heard in the conversations of the angels.<\/p>\n
These soothsayers and fortune tellers would add lies to the true information overheard by the shayaateen and tell the people this mixture of lies and truth. In this manner, they would deceive and mislead people.<\/p>\n
After the advent of Islam, when Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam) received nubuwwah, Allah Ta\u2018ala sealed off the pathway to the heavens, barring the shayaateen from entry. As much as they tried, the shayaateen could no longer gain entry to the heavens and could no longer eavesdrop on the conversations of the angels.<\/p>\n
As soon as their pathways to the heavens became sealed, the shayaateen understood that some major event must have transpired on earth due to which their access to the heavens had been blocked. Hence, the shayaateen held a meeting among themselves to discuss this issue.<\/p>\n
In this meeting, shaitaan told all the other shayaateen that they should divide themselves into groups and roam throughout the world, investigating the cause for them losing access to the heavens.<\/p>\n
Accordingly, the shayaateen formed groups and went out, roaming through the earth. As they roamed, one group of shayaateen came to the land of Nakhlah. Coincidentally, at that time, Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam) and the Sahaabah (radhiyallahu \u2018anhum) were in the land of Nakhlah, en-route to the market of Ukkaaz.<\/p>\n
At the time when these shayaateen arrived in Nakhlah, Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam) and the Sahaabah (radhiyallahu \u2018anhum) were performing salaah. As soon as the shayaateen heard the glorious words of the Qur\u2019aan Majeed emanating from the blessed lips of Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam), they stopped and began to listen attentively.<\/p>\n
On hearing the verses recited by Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam), they knew that this was undoubtedly the divine speech of Allah Ta\u2018ala, and it was the revelation of this divine speech that caused their access to heavens to be closed.<\/p>\n
Nevertheless, the verses of the Qur\u2019aan Majeed had such a profound effect upon them that their hearts immediately changed. They instantly embraced Islam and returned to their people reformed. They were no longer evil shayaateen – but were now Muslim jinn, returning as daa\u2019ees (inviters) to the Deen of Islam.<\/p>\n
Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam) had been unaware of what had transpired. He could not see the jinn and did not know of their presence while he was performing salaah or their subsequent embracing of Islam.<\/p>\n
However, Allah Ta\u2018ala revealed the opening verses of Surah Jinn to him, informing him of what had occurred. Allah Ta\u2018ala said: Say (O Muhammad [sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam]), \u201cIt has been revealed to me that a group of jinn listened attentively (to me reciting the Qur\u2019aan Majeed in salaah), then they said (to their people), \u2018Certainly, we have heard an amazing recital (of the Qur\u2019aan Majeed)! It guides to the right way, and we have brought imaan in it, and we will never associate anyone as partner with our Rabb!\u2019\u201d (Surah Jinn v. 1-2)<\/em><\/p>\n On receiving these verses from Allah Ta\u2018ala, Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam) recited them before the Sahaabah (radhiyallahu \u2018anhum), and informed them of what had transpired.<\/p>\n Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam) is the Greatest of All the Ambiyaa, and His Path is the Only Path to Jannah<\/strong><\/p>\n Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam) is the greatest of all the Ambiyaa (\u2018alaihimus salaam) and the final Nabi of Allah Ta\u2018ala sent to the world. He was sent as the seal of all Prophets, and hence the entire series of Ambiyaa ended with him.<\/p>\n Thus, just as all the roads and pathways leading to the heavens were sealed and closed with the nubuwwah of Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam), in the same way, on earth as well, all roads and pathways leading to Jannah have been sealed and closed \u2013 with the exception of the path of Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam). Now, the only path and road through which a person can reach Jannah is the Deen of Islam.<\/p>\n In the Qur\u2019aan Majeed, Allah Ta\u2018ala says:<\/p>\n \u0627\u0650\u0646\u0651\u064e \u0627\u0644\u062f\u0651\u0650\u06cc\u06e1\u0646\u064e \u0639\u0650\u0646\u06e1\u062f\u064e \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0651\u0670\u06c1\u0650 \u0627\u0644\u06e1\u0627\u0650\u0633\u06e1\u0644\u064e\u0627\u0645\u064f<\/p>\n Indeed, the (only accepted) religion in the sight of Allah is Islam. (Surah Aal-e-Imran v. 19)<\/em><\/p>\n In another verse, Allah Ta\u2018ala says: Whoever seeks a religion other than Islam – it will never be accepted from him, and in the Hereafter, he will be among the losers. (Surah Aal-e-Imraan v. 85)<\/em><\/p>\n From these verses, we understand that the only religion that is accepted by Allah Ta\u2018ala is the religion of Islam. If a person accepts Islam, but also accepts other religions to be true, then in reality, he has rejected the above verses and cannot be a Muslim.<\/p>\n Abrahamic Accord<\/strong><\/p>\n At present, many non-Muslims around the world are promoting an \u2018agreement\u2019 called the \u201cAbrahamic Accord\u201d which they have named after Nabi Ebrahim (\u2018alaihis salaam). This accord claims that since Muslims, Jews and Christians share a common father \u2013 Nabi Ebrahim (\u2018alaihis salaam), the followers of these three religions viz. Islam, Judaism and Christianity, should respect one another, unite with one another, and even pray together.<\/p>\n However, the reality is that after the coming of Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam), all religions have been cancelled and the only religion accepted by Allah Ta\u2018ala is the religion of Islam. Therefore, the Abrahamic Accord is nothing more than a ploy to mislead Muslims and draw them towards kufr.<\/p>\n In the blessed Hadith, Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam) said, \u201cI take an oath by that Being in whose hand lies the life of Muhammad (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam)!
