Eventually, a woman came to Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam) and gave him information regarding them.<\/p>\n<p>On this occasion, Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam) remarked, \u201cHazrat Uthmaan (radhiyallahu \u2018anhu) is the first person to perform Hijrah in the path of Allah Ta\u2018ala with his family after Nabi Lut (\u2018alaihis salaam).\u201d <em>(Majma\u2019uz Zawaa\u2019id #14498)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>In another narration, it is mentioned that when Hazrat Uthmaan (radhiyallahu \u2018anhu) intended performing Hijrah to Abyssinia, Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam) said to him, \u201cTake Hazrat Ruqayyah (radhiyallahu \u2018anha) with you. I feel that each of you will support and encourage the other to persevere.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>After a while from the time of their departure, Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam) asked Hazrat Asmaa (radhiyallahu \u2018anha), the respected daughter of Hazrat Abu Bakr (radhiyallahu \u2018anhu), to enquire regarding them. After enquiring, she found Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam) with her respected father, Hazrat Abu Bakr (radhiyallahu \u2018anhu).<\/p>\n<p>She said, \u201cO Rasul of Allah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam)! I received information that Hazrat Uthmaan (radhiyallahu \u2018anhu) is presently travelling in the direction of the sea in the condition that his respected family, Hazrat Ruqayyah (radhiyallahu \u2018anha) is seated on a saddled donkey.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam) became pleased and said, \u201cO Abu Bakr (radhiyallahu \u2018anhu)!
