Hazrat Ummu Salamah (radhiyallahu \u2018anha), the respected wife of Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam), reports that Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam) said, \u201cWhenever a calamity befalls a Muslim and he then recites the following dua, Allah Ta\u2018ala will reward him and bless him with something better than what he had lost.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Hazrat Ummu Salamah <\/em>(radhiyallahu \u2018anha)<\/em> further says, \u201cWhen Abu Salamah <\/em>(radhiyallahu \u2018anhu) <\/em>passed away, I recited the above-mentioned dua according to the instruction of Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam). <\/em>Allah Ta\u2018ala then granted me someone better than him, (Allah Ta\u2018ala granted me) Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam) (as a husband).\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
