A mukaatab slave is a slave who enters into a contract with his master that upon paying a certain amount, he will receive his freedom.<\/p>\n<p>The mukaatab slave addressed Hazrat Ali (radhiyallahu \u2018anhu) and said, \u201cI am unable to pay the amount for my freedom, so if you are able to assist me then assist me.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"itemFullText\">\n<p>At that time, perhaps Hazrat Ali (radhiyallahu \u2018anhu) did not possess any wealth. Therefore, he did not offer him any financial assistance. Rather, he responded saying, \u201cShall I not teach you some words (of du\u2018aa) which Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam) taught to me? These words are such that even if the debt upon you is as great as the Mountain of Seer (the name of a certain mountain), Allah Ta\u2018ala will still settle the debt for you?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Hazrat Ali (radhiyallahu \u2018anhu) then taught him the following du\u2018aa:<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" dir=\"RTL\" style=\"text-align: center; font-family: 'Traditional Arabic'; font-size: 16pt;\">\u0627\u064e\u0644\u0644\u0651\u0670\u0647\u064f\u0645\u0651\u064e \u0627\u0643\u0652\u0641\u0650\u0646\u0650\u064a\u0652 \u0628\u0650\u062d\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0627\u0644\u0650\u0643\u064e \u0639\u064e\u0646\u0652 \u062d\u064e\u0631\u064e\u0627\u0645\u0650\u0643\u064e \u0648\u064e\u0623\u064e\u063a\u0652\u0646\u0650\u0646\u0650\u064a\u0652 \u0628\u0650\u0641\u064e\u0636\u0652\u0644\u0650\u0643\u064e \u0639\u064e\u0645\u0651\u064e\u0646\u0652 \u0633\u0650\u0648\u064e\u0627\u0643\u064e<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>O Allah!
