During the night, she would scatter thorns on the path of Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam).<\/p>\n<p>When Ummu Jameel learnt that a surah of the Qur\u2019aan Majeed was revealed regarding her and her husband, she picked up a stone and rushed to strike Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam). At that moment, Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam) was with Hazrat Abu Bakr (radhiyallahu \u2018anhu) in Musjid-ul-Haraam.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"itemFullText\">\n<p>When Ummu Jameel arrived in the musjid, Allah Ta\u2018ala placed a veil over her sight due to which only Hazrat Abu Bakr (radhiyallahu \u2018anhu) was visible, and she was unable to see Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam). Ummu Jameel asked Hazrat Abu Bakr (radhiyallahu \u2018anhu), \u201cWhere is your companion? I heard that he ridicules me and makes mocking remarks regarding me! By Allah! If I find him now, I will strike him with this stone! By Allah! I am an expert poetess!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Saying this, she recited the following poetry:<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" dir=\"RTL\" style=\"text-align: center; font-family: 'Traditional Arabic'; font-size: 16pt;\">\u0645\u064f\u0630\u064e\u0645\u0651\u064e\u0645\u064b\u0627 \u0639\u064e\u0635\u064e\u064a\u0652\u0646\u064e\u0627 \u0648\u064e\u0623\u064e\u0645\u0652\u0631\u064e\u0647\u064f \u0623\u064e\u0628\u064e\u064a\u0652\u0646\u064e\u0627 \u0648\u064e\u062f\u0650\u064a\u0652\u0646\u064e\u0647\u064f \u0642\u064e\u0644\u064e\u064a\u0652\u0646\u064e\u0627<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Muzammam we defied, his instructions we rejected and his religion we despised<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Due to her enmity and hatred, she would refer to Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam) as \u2018muzammam\u2019 instead of Muhammed. Muzammam is the actually antonym of Muhammed.
