4. Fix the gaze on the area between the lower chest and lap whilst in jalsah.[3]<\/sup><\/p>\n

5. Remain in the position of jalsah with the body being completely at ease and calm before going into the second sajdah.[4]<\/sup><\/p>\n

6. Say the takbeer and proceed to the second sajdah as normal.[<\/sup>5]<\/sup><\/p>\n
