Sayyidatuna Aaishah (radhiyallahu \u2018anha), the respected wife of Sayyiduna Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam), reports that when Sayyiduna Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam) would perform fardh ghusl, he would commence by washing his mubaarak hands.<\/em><\/p>\n

Sayyiduna Ibnu Abbaas (radhiyallahu \u2018anhuma) reports that Sayyidatuna Maimoonah (radhiyallahu \u2018anha) said, \u201cI placed water for Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam) to perform ghusl. Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam) washed his mubaarak hands twice or thrice, and thereafter poured water onto his left hand and (using his left hand,) washed his private area.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
