Hazrat Abu Hurairah (radhiyallahu \u2018anhu) reports that Hazrat Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam) said, \u201cWhoever sends salutations upon me once, Allah Ta\u2018ala will send salutations (i.e. reward him and shower His mercy) upon him ten times.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n Remaining in the Company of Those who Recite Durood<\/strong><\/p>\n Hazrat Sa\u2019d Zanjaani (rahimahullah) once mentioned the following:<\/p>\n There was an ascetic man who lived among us in Egypt. His name was Abu Sa\u2019eed Al-Khayyaat (rahimahullah). He would neither mix and socialize with people, nor would he participate in any of the gatherings and majaalis that would be held. However, after some time, he began to punctually attend the majlis (gathering) of Ibnu Rasheeq (rahimahullah).<\/p>\n When the people noticed this, they were surprised and asked him why he was attending the majlis of Ibnu Rasheeq (rahimahullah).
