However humbly we entreat someone and earnestly request him to fulfill our need, he will not be moved, unless He, in whose hands the hearts of all men lie, wills it so. On the other hand, if He, in whose control lies the hearts of all men, decrees it to happen, He will inspire the hearts of men to fulfill our need. Despite how much of disinterest we show towards a person, he will be obliged to fulfill our need. The reason is that Allah Ta\u2018ala will create a strong feeling within his heart to fulfill our need.
