\"\"<\/a>The Shi\u2018ah believe that their twelve Imaams would receive wahi (revelation) after Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam) and were able to make changes in deen.<\/p>\n

It is reported in Usool-ul-Kaafi that Imaam Abu Ja\u2019far is reported to have said, \u201cWe are the proofs of Allah, and we are the doors of Allah, and we are the tongues of Allah, and we are the face of Allah, and we are the eyes of Allah among creation, and we are the authority of the command of Allah among His slaves.\u201d (Usool-ul-Kaafi 1\/145)<\/p>\n

It is also reported in Usool-ul-Kaafi that Imaam Abu Abdillah was once asked, \u201cCan the world remain without an Imaam?\u201d. He replied, \u201cNo\u201d. (Usool-ul-Kaafi 1\/178)<\/p>\n

In yet another place in Usool-ul-Kaafi, it is reported, \u201cIndeed! The proof cannot be established for Allah upon His creation except with the Imaam until he is recognized.\u201d (Usool-ul-Kaafi 1\/177)<\/p>\n

This belief of the Shi\u2018ah opposes the clear text of the Qur\u2019aan Majeed wherein Allah Ta\u2018ala mentions that Allah Ta\u2018ala has perfected and completed deen. Allah Ta\u2018ala says in the Qur\u2019aan Majeed:<\/p>\n

This day have I perfected your religion for you; completed my favour upon you; and have chosen for you Islam as your religion. (Surah 5:3)<\/em><\/p>\n

Hence, any person who subscribes to the belief that after Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam), changes can take place in deen and a person can receive wahi from Allah Ta\u2018ala, will come out of the fold of Islam.<\/p>\n

Similarly, the Qur\u2019aan Majeed emphatically states that Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam) is the final messenger and the seal of all prophets. After Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam), the door of wahi has sealed and no person can claim to receive wahi from Allah Ta\u2018ala. If any person claims to receive wahi from Allah Ta\u2018ala and claims to have power to make changes in Deen, then such a person will come out of the fold of Islam as his claim amounts to the deen of Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam) being incomplete and Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam) not being the seal of prophethood. Whereas, Allah Ta\u2018ala says in the Qur\u2019aan Majeed:<\/p>\n

Hazrat Muhammad (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam) is not the father of anyone of your men, but he is the Messenger of Allah and last of the prophets. (Surah 33:40)<\/em><\/p>\n
