{"id":13176,"date":"2018-12-19T16:09:09","date_gmt":"2018-12-19T14:09:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ihyaauddeen.co.za\/?p=13176"},"modified":"2021-09-20T15:45:48","modified_gmt":"2021-09-20T13:45:48","slug":"the-islam-of-few-sahaabah-after-hazrat-uthmaan-bin-affaan-radhiyallahu-anhu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ihyaauddeen.co.za\/?p=13176","title":{"rendered":"The Islam of few Sahaabah after Hazrat \u2018Uthmaan bin \u2018Affaan (radhiyallahu &#8216;anhu)"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"itemIntroText\">\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ihyaauddeen.co.za\/?attachment_id=13177\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-13177\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-13177\" src=\"http:\/\/ihyaauddeen.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Abu-Ubaidah.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"258\" height=\"172\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ihyaauddeen.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Abu-Ubaidah.jpg 258w, https:\/\/ihyaauddeen.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Abu-Ubaidah-190x127.jpg 190w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 258px) 100vw, 258px\" \/><\/a>On the day after Hazrat \u2018Uthmaan (radhiyallahu \u2018anhu) accepted Islam, Hazrat Abu Bakr (radhiyallahu \u2018anhu) brought the following luminaries to Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam):<\/p>\n<p>Hazrat \u2018Uthmaan bin Maz\u2018oon (radhiyallahu \u2018anhu), Hazrat Abu \u2018Ubaidah bin Jarraah (radhiyallahu \u2018anhu), Hazrat Abu Salamah bin \u2018Abdil Asad (radhiyallahu \u2018anhu) and Hazrat Arqam bin Arqam (radhiyallahu \u2018anhu).<\/p>\n<p>All of them embraced Islam together in one sitting.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"itemFullText\">\n<p>Yazeed bin Rumaan narrates:<\/p>\n<p>Hazrat \u2018Uthmaan bin Maz\u2018oon (radhiyallahu \u2018anhu), Hazrat \u2018Ubaidah bin Haarith (radhiyallahu \u2018anhu), Hazrat Abu \u2018Ubaidah bin Jarraah (radhiyallahu \u2018anhu), Hazrat \u2018Abdur Rahmaan bin \u2018Auf (radhiyallahu \u2018anhu) and Hazrat Abu Salamah bin \u2018Abdil Asad (radhiyallahu \u2018anhu) all came together and presented themselves before Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam). Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam) invited them to accept Islam and informed them regarding the injunctions of Islam, after which they all accepted Islam together.
