Hazrat \u2018Abdullah bin \u2018Amr bin \u2018Aas (radhiyallahu \u2018anhuma) reports that Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam) said, \u201cAllah Ta\u2018ala sent Hazrat Jibraa\u2019eel (\u2018alaihis salaam) to command Hazrat Aadam (\u2018alaihis salaam) to build the Ka\u2018bah. When Hazrat Aadam (\u2018alaihis salaam) completed building the Ka\u2018bah, he was instructed to walk around it in tawaaf. He was also informed, \u2018You are the first man and this is the first house erected for people to worship Allah Ta\u2018ala.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"itemFullText\">\n<p>When the flood struck in the era of Nabi Nooh (\u2018alaihis salaam), no sign or trace of the Ka\u2018bah was left. Nabi Ebrahim (\u2018alaihis salaam) was then commanded to construct the Ka\u2018bah for the second time. There was no trace of even the foundation left behind. Hazrat Jibraa\u2019eel (\u2018alaihis salaam) came and marked the original foundation.
