Once, Hazrat \u2018Aa\u2019ishah (radhiyallahu \u2018anha) asked Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam), \u201cO Rasul of Allah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam)! \u2018Abdullah bin Jud\u2018aan was an extraordinarily hospitable manand would feed the people often. Will this benefit him in any way on the Day of Qiyaamah?\u201d Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam) replied, \u201cNo! This is because he did not say:<\/p>\n<p dir=\"RTL\" style=\"font-family: 'traditional arabic'; font-size: 16pt; text-align: center;\">\u0631\u0628 \u0627\u063a\u0641\u0631 \u0644\u064a \u062e\u0637\u064a\u0626\u062a\u064a \u064a\u0648\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u062f\u064a\u0646<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>O my Sustainer! Pardon my sins on the Day of Reckoning!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>In other words, he did not seek forgiveness for his sins at any time in his life (i.e. he did not bring Imaan).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"itemFullText\">\n<p>\u00a0Rasulullah (sallallahu \u2018alaihi wasallam) said, \u201cWhilst walking during summer, I would sometimes stand in the shade provided by the pot of \u2018Abdullah bin Jud\u2018aan.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This shows that the pot of \u2018Abdullah bin Jud\u2018aan was so big that a person could stand in its shadow.
