If he returns to the miqaat and ties the ihraam then the damm will fall off.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>N.B:<\/strong> This law applies to a person performing Umrah or Ifraad Hajj. If a Qaarin passed the miqaat without ihraam then two damms become waajib.
