Ask Allah for all your Needs

Hadhrat Anas (Radhiyallahu Anhu) reports that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: “Each of you should turn to his Lord, Allah Ta’ala for his need or for all his needs (the narrator expressed a doubt whether the word of the Hadith was ‘for his need’ or ‘for all his needs’), to such an extent that he should also ask and beg Allah Ta’ala for the need of a shoelace when it breaks, or even beg Him for salt (at the time he is in need of salt).”

Receiving Seventy Rewards

Hazrat Abdullah bin Amr bin Aas (radhiyallahu ‘anhuma) reported, “Whoever sends salutations upon Nabi (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) once, Allah Ta‘ala and His angels will send seventy mercies and blessings upon him in return of his one Durood. Hence, whoever wishes to increase his Durood should increase it, and whoever wishes to decrease his Durood should decrease it (i.e. if he wants to earn great rewards, then he should increase his Durood).”
